Arm Workout for Bride

I am getting married in August 2014. Does anyone have a good arm/shoulders workout? I would like to have some tone arms in my dress :)

I'm going to try really hard not to suggest a shake weight, cause ya know... wedding night.

    pushups
  • Kettlebells! Great for arms, shoulders, upper back and posture. I did some 3 years ago to get wedding-fit, then lost my exercise way until last November, and am now addicted to kettle bells. Go to a class to get the technique right, or you'll just get injured++

I assume you want leaner arms (less fat covering the muscle), right? The standard fat loss advice applies - do full-body strength training (NROL, Stronglifts, etc), cardio, and eat the right number of calories.
Doing just arm exercises isn't the answer, because you can't target fat loss. For an explanation, Google "spot reduction myth".
