Advice for a burn out?

I am in grad school and I feel burned a lot of the time. At times I work enthusiastically into the night and complete all my work and at other times I'm listless with major headaches like now. During these times I don't feel like working/studying at all which scares me.
I'm also really worried about my weight, and I haven't been able to kick the midnight eating habit. It's intervening with my eating patterns. Can someone offer me some advice?

Celery at midnight.
You burn more calories eating it than the celery itself has.0 -
I dunno I lost a lot of weight in medschool from the studying but I know a lot of people were snackers - I would just stay as hydrated as possible - maybe all the caffeine i was taking killed my appetite0
