    I'm pretty good at holding the plank position whether it be tall or elbow planks. This seems like fun so I'll gladly join you all and help if anyone needs it. :)
    I think my record for elbow plank is 6 or 10 minutes. ((I got bored so I stopped lol))

    I'm lucky if I can hold 45 seconds! haha!

    Hehe, I do them when I'm bored in Gym Class so I'm used to it.

    Love to join. Can you add me please. The plank is the best core exercise, and if I am held accountable I do better! lolol Are we gonna measure March 1 and March 31 to see the difference?
