New member looking for any and all help I can get

Hi,
I am an almost 26 yr old male fairly new to eating healthy and exercising consistently with motivation to become healthier and fit. I want to get back into the type of shape i was in high school which I know its going to take a lot of work and dedication but I am willing to do what it takes. As of a month ago (exactly 31 days ago) i was at 27.8% bodyfat (via DEXA scan) at 5'11 195lbs, and began working out at a crossfit gym 3 on 1 off for the past month. I am currently 186 and hoping that my bodyfat is going down as well. I am curious as to what people think the best marco splits are for fat loss, I was also hoping that anyone with knowledge on the subject could help me adjust what I eat and and when I should eat it. Right now I am going to the gym about 1.5 hrs after my late lunch and immediately before my post workout. I've made my food logs public and from today through the next few weeks will be eating exactly what I've logged for today. Any help would be greatly appreciated and any other tips/info would be great!
