What are some ways you sneak in protein? I like to use quinoa instead of rice/pasta, and I like drinking Pure Protein Chocolate shakes!

I've tried a lot of protein shakes. I just tried Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow. It was good mixed with water, but then mixed another shake with 10 oz of milk. OMG. It was better than dessert. Only 1 scoop per serving. Not thick gloop. No clumping or aftertaste. With the milk it has 35 gr of protein, which is almost 1/2 the daily protein. My new protein flavor.0

I have never heard of that flavor and looked it up, I'm going to try, sounds delicious.0
