I want to make a smoothie.

The ingredients I currently have around to make a smoothie is...greek nonfat yogurt 2x protein. 2% milk, and frozen strawberries and blueberries. Help?

    Try equal amounts of yogurt and berries with just enough milk to thin it out to the consistency you like. Good luck, and have fun!

    Yep, there ya go!
  • Throw it in the blender. Maybe add a little honey for sweetness if you need to. I always track the calories of the ingredients before I put them in the blender so I can adjust based on the total. If you add the milk it will be a little thinner.

    I like it thin..i tend to make them too thick

    Throw everything in the blender, put the lid on, and hit the "blend" button! If it's too thick, add more milk and repeat.
