cold weather workout/running clothes?

This morning I started boot camp outside. It was 30 degrees. Even with all the running, push-ups, etc, etc. I was freezing. It doesn't look like winter is going anywhere for awhile.
I had multiple layers on. Mostly Under Armour - compression tights, long sleeve shirt, t-shirt, running jacket, coat over that. earwamers and hat. lol. Still freezing.
I also need full gloves that have padding like when you lift. I have regular weightlifting gloves without the fingers but my fingertips almost froze off this morning!
Any advice would be helpful! Thanks y'all!

Hi

I do outdoor military bootcamp and I tend to wear: sealskinz waterproof fleece gloves, headband for my ears, long sleeved top with short sleeved top over, and compression leggings. That's plenty for me, I find the headband and gloves make the biggest difference to warmth.
I'm in the UK though and it's not really got below 5 Celsius...0
