Daily Squats Challenge - Day 6 - 80 squats

Day 6 is going to be tough day for the first week of the challenge. Please note Day 7 is a rest day. So if you can push yourself on day 6 and then take a rest day it should be fine. By day 10 we are supposed to reach 100 squats:drinker: So get strong and be prepared for the tougher challenges after day 7.

I hope you are warming up before doing the squats. Are you doing full squats? Dont do half squat that will hurt your knee.Day 6 is done! Ow my knee
