  • I'm 5'1", 103 lbs.

    My measurements are 33-24-33.

    I usually wear S or XS for shirts, and I'm anywhere from a 2 to a 6 for pants.

    I'm pretty close to my goal weight at this point so I probably won't get much smaller. My measurements this time last year were 37-32-41, I was an XL in shirts and ... maybe a 12 in pants? I don't know -- I'd go to a store and pick the biggest size they had, and it would either fit or it'd be too small. I'm glad that's no longer my reality.

    Hello, I'm 5"1 too. I weigh 154lbs (last checked about 2 weeks ago :ohwell: )but started just over a month ago about 159lbs. I wear a 32GG bra but usually Size 12 trousers so I'd call myself 'top heavy'! (All UK sizes). My goal is 119lbs but I'm not a scale obsessive; I'd happily settle for a comfortable Size 8/10 frame and I'd love to wear a 28F bra again.

    For those wearing big back sizes of bras, be aware that cup sizes go up way higher than most high street stores stock. At this height, we usually need a smaller back size but are forced into bigger ones because that's what is sold. For example, a 36DD might feel more comfortable in a 32F.

    I'm on 1200 calories a day, which I know people say is too little but having worked it out in regard to my BMI, it's actually a good number for someone my height. I exercise loads and always eat my deficit, so in reality I probably eat at least 1600 calories a day. No meat for me, lots of fresh homemade clean food (I do believe this helps and I want to be healthy, not just slim!).

    I'm about 40/35.5/42.5.
    That seems so large compared to a lot of the posts. :/

    I wear about a medium/large on top and large/xl (14/16) on bottom.

    I am 5'1 and my measurements are 37.5, 26.5, 37.5. I weigh some where around 130 and wear a size 2 most of the time. I usually wear between xs and s. My ideal measurements are 36.5, 25, 36.5

    I'm 5' 1/2" (but i round up to 5'1!

    I'm 23, and I'm currently at 127lbs with a goal weight of 113lbs and being nicely toned or atleast being able to see some definition to my abs and arms (I'll aim for 110lbs as a round number once I get to 113)

    I don't know my exact measurements (i like my chunky thighs!) and currently wear a UK Medium or size 12 (14 if really tight fit/bodycon dresses)

    I eat 1200 calories plus part of my workout calories.

    i am 5'0 exactly and my measurements are 34.5-27-40 .. a perfect pear.. so far my problem area are my hips :| .. oh and i weigh 124lbs .. trying to get down to 100..

    I'm 5'1 a 207lbs wear a size 12jean (US), Bust 40in- waist 35.5in- hips 45in- thighs 43.2 in.

    For those of you who are at this height (about), how many calories do you usually eat?
    i am 5'0 and i eat about 1400 everyday and not eating back my exercise calories.. i bit of experimented with my calories.. they went from 1200 (my hair falling down :/) to 1600 (maintaining) to 1500 (still maintaining) to 1300 (binging and exhausted) to 1400 (totally fine now :) ).. you have to see for yourself :) calculate your tdee substract 20% and boom you have it :) .. but thats like approximation.. with this formula i was only maintaing.. so i minus 200 more :)..

    My goal is 110 lbs.

    I'm 5'1" and 125lbs too. Measurements are 36-30-39. I hate my thick middle and it all started after my last baby, before that I had 36-27-38 measurements at the same weight and I was happy with that weight and measurements.
    To get a smaller waist I will need to lose more weight but then I will lose the chest and hips :(
    Actually, my diet is under control I think I just need to workout!

  • I'm 5"2, 120 lbs, 35-28-36ish. OH and also a 32DD! Right there is an extra like 5 pounds!!! :(
  • reading through these, it looks like I have a looong ways to go... Im 5ft, 148lbs, currently 38-35-42. going by the 'ideal' waist to hips ratio of 0.75, I was aiming for ~130lbs, measurements of 34-30-40. That seems way to high going by these replies, does that seem an unhealthy goal??

    I'd like to get the waist down to 25-26 and keep the other measurements. I used to be a 24" in my younger days.
