    Tea (with milk and honey) every day, 2-4 times a day.
    Oatmeal almost every day.

    My breakfast (porridge), lunch (soup with bread and crisps) and snacks (hot chocolate with 3 biscuits before bed) are the same most days at the moment. Dinner is about the only time I have variety. I will eventually get bored of the porridge and soup but for now I like it so see no reason to change.

    I stick to basically the same foods in general. I always have something like oatmeal, cereal, or yogurt for breakfast. Lunch is almost always a sandwich, either homemade or Subway. Dinner is usually chicken and a salad. My snacks are usually nuts, Quaker Popped, Fiber One, apples, and I will always have tea throughout the day. I also enjoy Crystal Light. I tend to stick to the same foods unless something really sounds good and makes a compelling case for my taste buds. I change my foods around sometimes - if I like something and it fits into my day, I'll make it a part of my routine for a long while!

    Coffee and half and half, pretty much every morning.
    Chevre... better for you per oz than cream cheese or butter (with way more protein!), and tastier (imho) too! I almost always have something once a day with chevre.
    Avocados & spinach - very often on the menu.
    Some sort of ice-cream-type dessert. :smile:

    I drink a green smoothie (almost all greens and veggies) and have a banana everyday as breakfast #1. For my dessert I almost always have a chocolate pudding or homemade mango or raspberry sorbet.
