I was guilty of still eating little snacks or whatever (cookies, ice cream, etc.) when I first began this journey to health. Well, I now know that, for me, sugar is a serious addiction. Seriously, I'll eat one Reese's and just want to eat nothing but sweets and junk for the whole day. Yesterday was the day I cracked and ate nothing but crappy food. No more. I'm going to be more diligent about eating clean. Protein, fiber, and all the good stuff. Everyone has a different method, and I just want to say how thankful I am for MFP and everyone on here. I no longer feel the need to punish myself and beat myself up over mistakes . There are so many awesome people on here and the community really inspires me. Just wanted to be mushy and let everyone know that they rock and how proud of themselves they should be. :)
