    Don't dye it!! a little gray can be very sexy! just as can crows feet.
    But to be honest, there are not a lot of men in my opinion that pull off the whole beard look well. some look amazing, most look like a mess... but that's just me.

    it depends on the guy, and shape/style of facial hair, and color/style of hair on his head. I personally don't mind it, and kind of like the distinguished look some men have with grey..

    Stymied at the responses here. I absolutely loathe my greys in the beard. I have them up top too, but being blonde helps hide them. I'd never dye hair or beard, I just keep clean shaven as much as possible.
