Hello everyone, I am gemful...my mother has heart disease..my father has diabetes... i am 240lbs and i don't wanna die!!!!! I need all the support I can get and I believe I've found it here!

Welcome...You will find alot of great people and great info here...Check in and post often and never be afraid to ask questions or for help. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and this place has been AWESOME...
