Bodyweight strength exercises I can do at home?

Can anyone recommend a good bodyweight strength exercise book that's available in the UK? We can't get the convict one or the dinosaur one here. Or a website would work.

And does anyone know of one that uses the outdoors instead of a gym? Like lifting logs or tree trunks etc...

I'm not able to get to a gym and we have no space at all at home for weights but I want to get stronger.

Thanks!

Do you have a pullup bar? You can get one that goes between doors or make one outside! You can get super strong by push-ups, muscle-ups, dips, etc. I know a lot of people who can bench, squat, and deadlift rediculous amounts, but can't do any of this stuff. This is what I'd call strong as a mofo. Check this out:

    That's my goal!
  • Youtube has some great resources for work-outs you can do at home. I like Fitness Blender (actually their whole website is good, not just their youtube channel), and they have LOADS of different workouts, using no equipment except yourself.

You Are Your Own Gym is available on Amazon in hard copy
  • Go onto Amazon and look for Charlie Bronson's book about training. He did it without any equipment in a prison cell
