so what do i class this under?

i've been cleaning my room all day, and i get bored easily doing it
so i've been jumping/dancing around my room (like the manic i am, and with absolutely no rhythm whatsoever:laugh: )
but i've also included doing some karate kicks from back in the day
and i've been doing it using weights
... so... suggestions? coz i have no idea
i've been doing it for about an hour and half on and off today and have worked up quite a sweat from it
*no my hrm is not working at the moment so i can't use that :frown:

    I think I would use dancing, too. Depending on how long you pretended you were the Karate Kid, maybe some karate as well. :bigsmile: Hey, did you move any furniture? b/c that can burn some cals...I also use another website for an activity calculator www.caloriesperhour.com, they have tons to choose from. Then, I add them to My Exercises.
