    Yes it does. after all, 60% is water and potatoes are about 60% water too. I often have a nice side order of grapes with my dinner, crushed and nicely fermented. In UK they are now recommending 7 portions of fruit and veg, so I find it great way for hitting the targets.

    Lord I wish it did. Vodka is my diet downfall, not chocolate, not bread, vodka!!!!!!!!!!!!
