vitamins

i want to know my vitimin intake
such as which vitamins are in the foods i eat plus how much of them
but none of the food labels have them

    You would have to search online, but as long as you aren't eating crappy fast food every day and you don't have some type of deficiency that you were born with, vitamins and minerals shouldn't be a problem for you, you will not be deficient.

    im sure my body is getting what it needs from the healthy everyday foods i have, you are right but i would just like to have the control over knowing

    Not so fast. If you live north of Iowa! You're most likely deficient in vitamin D, especially if you don't eat a lot of dairy. I say, go and check it out and make sure you are getting what you need. I never thought that the use of vitamin supplements were warranted. Until I started doing some research. And even though I feel that I eat pretty healthfully, I supplement. You might surprise ourself with what you learn! And if you do some research and find out that you don't need supplementation of your vitamins/minerals, then you have peace of mind.
