Looking for motivated friends

Hi, My name is Allison and I am looking for some friends on here. I feel like I do a lot better keeping track of what I am eating and the impact of calories. It really sheds light on why its necessary to cut out foods high in calories and not prolonged satisfaction. I really have come to the conclusion in a short time that eating more fruits and veggies keep me filled longer for a lot less calories. I sure can eat a lot more eating right!

    this site and App have done wonders for me. I never really kept track of calories before and now I keep my caloric intake down and lose weight evey week.

    I have been using MFP for about 7 weeks, I didn't have any friend for the first few weeks, it did get a lot easier and more fun once I started adding friends. I would be supportive and leave comments ( only to motivate, no mean comments :-) It really is good that I can track my calories and my excise. Feel free to add me and good luck!
