    i have some, they are shirtless though. is that weird to post on this site haha ive been debating on putting them up or not for awhile

    Mine is more before and during. It's my profile pic. It was Taken Jan 4, 2014, March 15, 2014 , and May 1, 2014.
    I concentrated first with training for 2 Half Marathons (NYC in March and the Nike DC Women's half in April) in the spring.

    I just restarted lifting 3X and running 2X while concentrating on training for a sprint triathlon for September 2014.
    You can see how much belly fat I managed to shed off my frame from the side picture. I did not want to be mistaken as Shamu while swimming in the water! :laugh:
