Heads up! Underwear pictures ahead. :laugh: If you're in the office or uneasy about half-naked pictures, I suggesting scrolling down very quickly.

I'm 5'3" (164 cm). I've just started a strength training plan to build some muscle and definition. I'll add on to this progress pic in about 1 - 2 months.

I'm 5'4" and started out around 170ish pounds and a size 14 in November of 2011; 145 pounds in the November 2012 picture; and 140 pounds in the September 2013 picture.

After a year of lifting I reached my goal weight of 135 and am now between a size 6 and a size 8 (and the size 8s are definitely starting to get too big).

Thanks for posting this! We are about the same height, start weight and goal. I'm at 145 now, but I don't have any pictures from when I started, but looking at yours I can see that I must have come a very long way as well! This was good for my motivation

I am 5'4" and 57 years old. Working on the last 6 pounds but only because I wanted to lose 100 lbs when I started. I'm very happy with my size and the new clothes I can wear, as well as my energy level. It's been a great journey!

You guys all look so fabulous! This is inspiring to me as I'm right between 5'4 and 5'5. You guys all look so cute in your dresses. I hope that this time next year I'm sporting cute spring/summer dresses too!

I'm 5'4" and I lost 75lbs-ish since June of last year - started at 238 and I'm now around 161. My only regret - not taking any "before" pictures. But, I think we all know what it's like - not wanting to be in pictures, scared to jinx anything.

I do have a side-by-side comparison of my drivers' license picture but no full body pictures.

I went through all the posts and the pictures are amazing. It is aspiring to see people who are around my height and weight lose the pounds, makes me want to work out harder each time. My SW is 203 and my GW is 165 (as of right now) can't wait to post my before and after pictures. Good luck to everyone on their weight loss journey.
