Vitamin A intake..

so i noticed that my vitamin A intake is on the high end, it says its usually 500% most days, im just curious if this might cause any problems long term? i eat a lot of vegetables and dont really want to change that, thanks!

I wouldn't think so as long as it is coming from natural sources (food not fortified with it).0

not unless you see a change in your skin color but probably not a problem at 500%0
