how much I love homemade Guacamole and celery?

    Do you put the guacamole on the celery or the celery in the guacamole? It matters.......

    Try Granny Smith apple slices dipped in onion Greek yogurt dip. Celery sticks dipped in Greek yogurt salmon edamame salad also yummy. I can't believe I disliked celery as a child... Celery and rutabagas. Now I go thru bushels of them both!

    I slice carrots into coins, and use them to dip stuff... I have no problem with chips, but if I don't get enough fiber, it's a bad day.
