    If ~80 is the average life expectancy, and 40 is the halfway mark, then wouldnt a 10 year range of 35-45 be middle age and 45+ be elderly?

    Comments about my age at 30:

    "How does it feel to be an old man?"
    "Have you started feeling it in the gym yet?"
    "When did we get so old?"

    I swear, it was like a day and night change after my 30th birthday lol. Personally, I still feel very young at 31, and hope to feel young for many, many more years. It's one of the primary reasons I'm into fitness and nutrition.
