Finding the true me!

I am starting a journey to the new me... I am so excited I found this site and looking forward to reading and connecting with you all. I have tried to do this on my own and obviously it doesn't work for me. So maybe I will finally find my path and get rid of these extra pounds.

    I am new today - i need to lose weight for my wedding.. im just trying to find my feet around all these forum type places - iv never done anything like this before!
