    I'm jumping in!! I'll be doing it 3 days a week instead of 6 tho. Have you guys done it before?? What type of results??

    I did it 2 years ago, though I stopped after 15 days and moved on to something different but I was definitely seeing results, wish I had seen it through.

    Did it again for the first time yesterday and my butt, legs and arms hurt, so that's a good sign :P
