    The most useful is honestly counting calories. Really no different that anyone will tell you :) Be honest with yourselfa dn record what eat do not cheat yourself by not recording things :) Even if you have bad days that way you are aware calorie wise what you are eating ont hose bad days. Also, the biggest things keepp going :) I have had many downs days with eating or stalls etc just kep going pick yourself back up and keep moving toward your goal :) No matter how many times you fall as long as you get back up you will reach it. Thank you for your compliments that was very sweet :)

    I am 5'8", 40 years old and lost about 20 lbs. I went from 154 have been maintaining around 134 for about 4 months. I went from a size 10 to a size 4. It was so great to finally lose those 20 lbs!
