Problems with competition heels! Help!

I have my first fitness comp coming up. I bought a pair of Pleaser heels but find my toes slip out of the front over the front of the shoe when I walk. I have long narrow feet and have heard Pleasers are the best for this kind of foot. I have tried hair drying the plastic to mould it a little better to my foot and I've tried the none-slip gel pads. Neither work, help! Any ideas or does anyone know of any other brands with narrower peep toes to keep my foot back?

Have you tried attaching gel pads to the fabric that goes over your toes on the top of the shoes... You can get toe pads that go on the fabric that covers the foot over the top of the toes just where the peek a boo bit is in the shoe. Should stop the foot slide..otherwise also add a complete insole cushion (one that goes heel to toe..it will push the foot up to help make the shoe fit better).
Good luck x0 -

do you know if I can get the sticky gel insoles as they have to be clear?0 -
I have super narrow feet too and often have the same problem. I've damaged toenails quite badly sliding back and forth inside high-heeled boots with a slippery insole.
I buy adhesive ball-of-foot cushion pads in a kind of suede fabric, they stop slide really well. Those wouldn't be visible in peep toes, they stop well before the toe area.
They're pretty hard to find here and, in a pinch, I've used the heel pads that you stick inside the back of the shoe to stop stepping out of the heel box (I have that problem too).0 -
I have super-narrow feet, too. You can search Zappos.com by width, and shipping is free both ways.0

Dr Scholl's has a clear high heel gel liner with arch support. It runs from the heel to the ball of the foot. You should be able to find it in the pharmacy department at Smiths or Walmart or probably a bunch of other places.
Good luck! Let us know how your comp goes!0 -

I think I've seen the fabric ones. Thank you I'll give these a try!0 -

I looked in my local pharmacy and found Dr Scholl but no length ones so will look online. Didn't know they even did them. Thanks!0
