After my day off exercise, I am down a lot. Is there a water thing going on here?

If I'm not mistaken your muscles are releasing water during the recovery period.0

yup! When you exercise you store fluid in your muscles for repair. You take a day off body releases it (thinks it doesn't need it) and poof you're down a bunch. My weigh in days are usually after an off day just for that reason. :bigsmile:0

And muscles tend to hold on to water the days your exercising to repair themselves. When you give yourself much needed rest days, you lose some of that water. You're doing fine!
