No Fast Foods Anymore

In November last year I was told by my Doctor I was over weight I weighed 97kg. Four months later I weighed 64 kg.. just by not eating fast foods and drinking 4 litres of water per day.

    My husband lost 20lbs simply by cutting BACK on the amount of chips he at at night (not QUITTING chips, just eating less) and eating slightly smaller portions at mealtime.

    If it were that easy for women..

    ^It is. Portion Control= eating at a calorie deficit. Cutting back at mealtime reduces the amount of calories which contributes to weight loss for men and women.
