CYCLING CLASS QUESTION!

How many calories do you all that wear an HRM burn during a 45 minute cycling class? I had my first class today (which by the way, i got my butt kicked in! haha) and i know i burned a heck of a lot!
I'm 5'8" and weigh about 135. Anyone have any suggestions?
and ps: i worked my butt off; it was definitely vigorous effort! lol
