Ingredients:
1 can chicken
2 small yellow onions
frozen vegetable mix
1 bag instant potatoes (I did buttery mix)
1 can cream of chicken soup
little bit of milk

Instructions:
1. make the potatoes according to the package, set aside
2. Chop up your onions (I diced mine)
3. Shred your can of chicken separately
4. Pour can of soup into a large skillet
5. Warm the soup
6. Add garlic powder, oregano, basil, black pepper, and thyme, stir
7. Add onions and vegetables to the mix, stir
8. Once bubbling, add chicken
9. Heat until warm
10. Place skillet mix in a 8x8 greased baking dish
11. Cover mix with potatoes
12. Sprinkle on colby jack cheese
13. Bake at 350F for about 20-25 minutes.

That looks really good! Do you have any idea on the calorie count? If not, that's ok...I can figure it out.

Oh nuts. I could've sworn I put that on here.

It's roughly 345 per serving, and the dish makes 4 servings.
