Weigh Ins!

Hey guys I was thinking we should do monthly weigh ins, the first friday of the month to keep our selves accounted for. So if you'd like to take part that's great! If not that's fine also :)


You can just copy and paste this every month in the forum below with your updated weights:)

Here's a basic out line to follow

    I will participate but I will only log my weight once a month. I cant weigh weekly it drives me absolutely nuts! LOL!

    Weekly works for me, just don't be surprised if I sound discouraged...I am strength training at the same time so I am not dropping weight like I would like too.

    Weekly works for me, just don't be surprised if I sound discouraged...I am strength training at the same time so I am not dropping weight like I would like too.

    I weigh in on Fridays, this works for me and keeps me accountable so I will just stick with the weekly weigh in :smile:

    Great set up, thanks! also if your not comfortable posting your weight, just post on weigh on day what you lose or gain. Either way works, this is not about how much we all have to lose it's about supporting one another! :happy:

    I weigh once a week, but can record monthly here. Either way works for me!!

    I'm planning on having my weigh-ins on the 25 of every month. If I do it any more frequent I tend to be obsessive with the scale.
