Food prepping!!

I'm loving food prepping!!! I have a new found love!!! Yep!!! It's food preppig!! It helps me to stay on track & stay in control!! I know what I'm eating & how much. I eat every two to three hours...breakfast, snack 1, lunck, snack 2, & dinner. I can tell that it's working! The 1st wk we started the challenge I lost 2lbs, last friday I lost 1.8lbs, today I weighed in amd lost 3.4lbs so now I'm down to 255.8lbs I started out at 266lbs!! Learning how to eat clean is really helping me & I can't wait to see more results!!
