What are you up to this weekend, any plans?

How are you doing on your goals?? Week's almost up!

How about food, water and exercise?

    It's almost 1 PM and I'm still in my sleep wear. I have no plans this weekend. I'm unusually tired though. I did fulfill my goal this week of buying a food scale and surprisingly my "eyeball way of measuring" was not that far off. I won't be a warrior today, because my hubby is cooking on the grill and the beef links are smelling grrreat. I also just finish making baked beans and white rice. I'm sick of chicken so that's what I'll be eating. My water intake could be better as I did not have my usual gallon for a few days this week. Exercise is on point, but my eating..eh...it pretty much sucks.

    Food: grilled beef links, baked beans, white rice, coffee, mixed nuts
    Water: 3 liters
    Exercise: to be determined lol

    I'm joining Texas in staying in sleep wear, except it's nearly 5 now.

    I'm on call for work and like all weekends I'm on call, I don't sleep well wondering when the phone's going to ring.

    Breakfast and lunch were the same meal today. 400 calories, mostly bread - but tasted good.

    Water - Up to 32oz right now. Hoping to keep it going.

    Exercise - did my 20 squats. :)

    Been at work since 6:30 am and I'm here till 11 pm. I'm starting to think I'm gonna die. Of course, no formal exercise today but I'm at 8,702 steps so far today.

    Breakfast: egg and two bacon from cafeteria
    Lunch: California veggie burger with avocado, tomato and havarti cheese on wheat roll
    Dinner: Black bean burger with avocado, tomato and havarti cheese on wheat roll
    Snack: Jamba juice orange dream made with orange juice and a crunchy coconut nature valley bar
    Water: 20 oz of green tea unsweetened and a 32 oz cup of water, working on 2nd 32 oz cup

    I joined a gym yesterday, so I'm all excited! I'm looking forward to checking in and going to some classes. It's only $30/month on payroll deduction, they have two pools, a huge cardio/weight room, an exercise classroom and spin classroom and they also have small group training free for the first month! The locker room is glorious... you just wouldn't believe. I have no idea why I didn't join sooner!!! I think I'm gonna love it! :smile:

    I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I can't wait to go home and crash. I don't come back till 2:30 pm tomorrow... yay!

    Wow Kim - Hope work goes well for you and that you got a bit of a break and good nights sleep this morning!

    Today I know I over ate with eating out for breakfast and lunch. My calves are hurting me today. I keep trying to stretch them out and they are still tight and causing me pain.

    Hope everyone is having a good day. Last week of August is starting! So hard to believe.
