I would love to share with each others the recipes of smoothies we have tried. One of my favorite is Green Slime Smoothie. Ingredients: 2 cups spinach, 2 cups frozen strawberries, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 cup ice.

I am quite shocked at how many calories smoothies have and I tried a few recipes in order to find one that doesn't have too many calories but still tastes OK. Some of them are more fattening than a bar of chocolate
This is the one that I came up with after many attempts: 2 kale leaves, 1 cucumber, ice, water and a mango0 -
I make my smoothie with 2 scoops of my protein powder ( I use body bi vi vanilla flavoured or natural factors chocolate vegan)
when i use Vanilla protein powder I will add 1 TBSP of pure cocoa powder, 1 TBSP low fat natural peanut butter, 1 Large frozen banana and 8 oz of Regular soy milk. I am a chocolate lover so this kills my sweet cravings. Also great without peanut butter if you want to save on the calories.

I do half a cup of kale or spinach 1 cup mixed berries and 1 cup water just blend the kale or spinach with water before adding the fruit. IT'S ONLY ABOUT 80 CALORIES0
