    All right, I just got in on this business, but I still think I have enough time to drop 20 by Christmas. I've already lost 49lbs, so this will be over 70 total for me.

    Just to be difficult, my weigh-ins are Mondays. The Health and Fitness person takes my weight every Monday. My back up is the bathroom scale that comes in about the same at the office scale.

    Starting Weight: 229

    Goal Weight: 210

    Pounds to lose: 19

    The Health and Fitness person set my target weight back in May. Since my target weight and 20 pounds by Xmas are almost the same, this should work well for me.

    08/04: 229

    09/01: 220.8 Intermediate Target: I'm suppose to be 221 on this date.

    Xmas: Target Weight of 210.

    I hope I'm doing this correctly. I worked real hard to my intermediate target of 221 by September 1st. I could sit back and coast till Xmas, but that would not be my style. I may have to revise my goal downwards if I keep doing well through the fall.

    I weighed myself this morning so I will use Monday as my weigh in day.,
