Yes to this.
This is the only time dieting that my girls haven't gone first. In fact, I'm an inch up

in addition to flat bench press, give decline bench a try as well0

While it can help replace some volume loss and give support to help things perk better, it unfortunately doesn't look like boobs once you reduce your BF significantly, because the shape and feel is different.0

for you.
No volume loss here (same cup size) + increase in chest muscle = happy days!
Maybe it's an age thing and not a lifting thing

I don't see how this helps with drooping. Breast tissue is fat and connective tissue, not muscle. I'm not saying you are wrong ( you are living it after all) but I don't understand it.0

No amount of pec work will replace non-existent mammary tissue. If the boobies were all fat and they disappeared when you lost weight, they won't magically reappear because you're lifting. Pec work WILL help tighten everything up and can help with filling out some of the excess skin that is left over from the missing fatty tissue if you tend to lose volume because you stored fatty tissue in your breast while gaining weight.
And add decline dumbbell fly in to the list of pec awesomeness. And of course your traditional variants of push ups as well.
ETA: I've been trying to convince women to do pec work to keep the boobies at attention for years.0 -
Breast fed 2 kids. Engorged breast =stretched skin. I am now the same cup size I was pre baby but have the skin for 2cup sizes bigger. This means the fat is now weighing the skin down given them the saggy look.:sad:While it can help replace some volume loss and give support to help things perk better, it unfortunately doesn't look like boobs once you reduce your BF significantly, because the shape and feel is different.

It won't help the boobs themselves. But strengthening the underlying muscles probably holds them more firmly against your ribcage. It's the same with men and their guys. Working on your abs can make your gut looks smaller but it hasn't really caused fat loss the abdominal muscles are just holding the fat better.
But if it gets the results you want there's no real reason for you ladies to care about what tissue is what.0 -
