So I weighed in this morning and only lost 1/2 a pound. Does anyone know if the calorie count is acurate?

When was the last time you weighed in? Sometimes the weight loss is slower. You also will gain muscle. I haven't had any problems with the calorie count, but sometimes I lose 2 pounds in a week, sometimes it's only a half pound, and sometimes I don't lose any. It just depends. Stick with it and I'm sure you'll see results. Good luck!:bigsmile:

Give it time. Never expect to lose weight, just be happy when it happens.
