Reached my goal of 122.0 pounds today. Could not have done it with such ease without eating cooked tomatoes and slices of grapefruit after each meal. Both are alkaline forming. Feel great, healthy, plus the fat just seems to melt off. I weigh 40 grams of cooked tomatoes after a meal and have two slices of grapefruit. A trick I learned from a Canadian doctor.
