Since fat grams require 9 calories to burn off (as opposed to carbs and protein, which require 4), something containing only 68 calories with five grams of fat (i.e., 45 calories) is a pretty high fat food. Low fat diets are based on the premise that gram for gram you're eating more calories when you eat fats... so limiting them will help you lose weight. There are varying theories as to whether this is a good practice or not, particularly since some fats are essential, some are healthy, and many 'low fat' foods are worse for you than their full-fat counterparts.

The number of grams of fat you're allowed varies ... see this calculator to figure out your number http://www.healthcalculators.org/calculators/fat.asp

Without knowing your frame size (I chose small) or activity level (I should slightly), your value is 49 g per day of fat.
