MADs Journey for 2014

I made a decision again! TODAY!
I have many goals in every area of life also from very small to very, very big goals.
I think if I write some of my goals into public then I have some extra (more) motivation to reach all, absolutely all of my goals.

This year have (only) 92 days left and I have many wishes & goals to reach until end of the year 2014.

So I start this Thread with my fitness goals for october... :bigsmile:

That’s some of my "MAIN" Fitness goals for october. :smile:
I will update daily (edit the main thread and comment with finished or something like that ... )

If would be very cool and awesome if some of you follow/support/push me. I’m very thankful for every cheers and that would be a f*cking bonus for going hard or not?! :laugh:

    I was out with friends in an italian restaurant... eating clean! yes! love it. no dessert and conscious choices. still deficit and feeling awesome! :bigsmile:
