Not losing weight

I don't understand how i'm not losing any weight. I completely stopped drinking soda, cut back on all the junk food, i workout 6 days a week and burn off atleast 500-700 calories a day, and I'm keeping my calories at 1500 a day. It's very frustrating. Maybe i'm just not doing something right. If someone could help that would be great!

Can you open up your diary?
Are you weighing and measuring your food properly?0 -
Are you weighing and measuring everything you consume0

How long have you been following this regimen?0

I usually eat things like smart ones or lean cuisines so I always put the calories that are on the box to help me keep up with what im eating better.0

how much are you trying to lose? How long has it been since you lost any weight?
I think we need more information....0 -
Your diary is closed and all we know, is that you exercise a lot and eat high sodium foods (both cause water retention).0

Im trying to lose 1lb a week but my weight keeps fluctuating. One day i'll weigh a certain weight and the next i weigh 2 lbs or 3lbs more. Then i'll go back down and then it does it again.0

IF you are tracking your food correctly, then the next thing to look at would be your calorie burns for each day. You said 500-700 calories a day, that is a lot. Some days I do both Jazzercise for an hour and kickboxing for an hour and still burn just around 600 calories after 2 hours of very vigorous work outs. And I don't eat back all those calories which are calculated via HRM.0

Then maybe weigh yourself just once a week, under the same conditions. Mornings are usually the best, after you use the restroom and before you shower/eat/drink anything.0 -

This is perfectly normal. How long have you been trying to lose weight? It takes some people a week or three before they start seeing results.
Seriously, if you want more specific advice you need to answer as many of the questions being asked of you as you can. Basic stats might help, too. (height, weight, age, goal weight)0
