Okay, I know your answer is going to be - get a heart rate moniter - but I'll ask anyway in case there is something else I can do. I already have to have a key, phone, and rescue inhalor with me - the idea of adding something else on to my body is pretty difficult.
How do I account for the different kinds of biking I do. I know that they are listed by speed and everything but I have a hybrid mountain bike which takes WAY more effort than a road bike.
Also, I came home to the country to visit my parents and there are SERIOUS hills out here. I had the biggest workout of my life (or so it seemed) and yet I only went 5 miles. I don't even want to enter my MPH because I know I burned so much more. :frown:
