Well, I'm putting this in the "success" because ti took my first adventure off my healthy life style BUT I made it back here! WAHHHOOOO!!! I am killing an old habit of getting off track completely when I have a day of two without writing my foods down and working out to the fullest. I am sorry if this is sounding "pat myself on the back," but I know by posting and getting back here I will stay on track! So what have you been up to this last weekend???

Here is what we've been up to!

    Awesome. Your daughter looks so much like you! One of the great things about this site is you CAN post whatever you want/need to....we're family. 'SIdes, I think a huge part of the 'battle' so to speak IS getting right back on track.....enjoy the 'vacation' but c'mon back to work refreshed and ready to go.     Well thanks girlies!!! I figured if I posted, it would help me stay and get back here! I have had such a fun but stressful (because there was so much to do) few days. I am just happy to be not blown away and back!

    Looks like a blast!!! There was so much energy in the pictures.

    You know you are on track. You've been training for it. You can eat correctly even with out recording it for a few days.
