I always try to get my eight glasses of water a day but sometimes it just doesn't taste good anymore. I know adding Crystal Light or lemon or those kinds of things can help, but I'm curious if anyone has any other suggestions. I'm not talking about Cokes or coffee or things that don't count as water. Maybe there isn't anything but I figure this is a great place to ask the question.

How do you feel about tea? Like green tea? I have some awesome raspberry tea and peppermint tea, both decaf and stisfying, espically on a cold day.
    EDIT:
celestial tea is the brand that I got in case you were intersted

I the morning I chuck in an effervescent 1000mg VitC into my 75cl water bottle for a bit of extra flavour.

this may sound a bit odd but have you tried a slice of cucumber. a sushi bar around here does it and its fantastic, it adds a subtle sweetness rather than overwhelming pungency.

I drink a lot of plain spring water throughout the day, but I like to have a seltzer with lunch and dinner. Back when I was a soda drinker, I hated seltzer. But now I LOVE it, especially Vintage brand in the various flavors. It's 0 cal, 0 carb, 0 sugar, 0 artificial sweetener. Just carbonated water and a little bit of natural flavoring.

just carry around a bottle of water with you everywhere you go. You'll sip on it through out the day- and probably go through a few in the day without even realising just because its there. For some strange reason just putting ice cubes in there changes the flavour a little as well.

I LOVE lemons, I'll eat them if i can- so for me lemon water is GREAT! Maybe try some raspberries or something?
