    Married to a Wildland Firefighter and I am dispatcher for wildland fire :) He was in structure fire for 10 years before and loved it

    I was a volunteer firefighter for several years until I started having kids! Loved it!!

    I'm married to a retired fire captain out of the Lake Tahoe area. 34 years, long time to watch Tahoe change. He's 65 years old, in great physical shape, still good looking as ever, but alas, carries his 34 years in his heart. This profession lives in a constant PTSD and sadly, he can't tolerate stress anymore. Thank God for firefighters and all first responders. I'm the one that faints at blood or panic (acute vasal vegal) and they are the ones that run towards it! Love them all...
