Today is my first day here. I have currently lost 31 lbs and have 29 more to go. I have lost this without food journaling and figured i would give it a try!

Good choice. The site will help you lose, but it will also help you learn to maintain after you've lost. That's why I started doing this. The choices are easy when you're trying to lose weight. Maintenance takes a balance. Recent history has shown that I need help balancing. Good luck.0
