Hi there!
I joined a few weeks ago, but started my journey back in december. I have lost about 12 pounds and for the last two weeks I've realized I have not lost a pound!!! In fact I gained 2 pounds. What shoudl I do? I really dont have time, nor energy to exersize, so I commited myself to this program, but have been a little upset durign the last week because I havent seen any progress.
p.s. i keep my calorie intake at or under 1200, not considering how many calories I've burned because I dont exersize. I jsut count regular work, house activities.
Any suggestions?

congrats on the 12 pound weight loss!
maybe you havent been losing the weight because you havent actually been staying at your calorie limit. this happens to me: a piece of bread after dinner, a handful of raisins between lunch and dinner. then, i forget to log those and think that i stayed at my calorie goal when i actually didn't.
just a thought! good luck!0 -
You might want to find some time and energy to exercise.0

Congrats on the 12 lbs. Exercising will give you energy. Doesn't have to be a huge workout...go for a walk after dinner, or during lunch. Surely you have even 15 minutes somewhere do do something.0 -
Start out slow again - get your body back into exercise. Do jumpjacks while a commerical is on etc. It starts with you - we can be here to support you, but we can't do it for you....0

A lot of other discussions here have said that you can stop losing weight if you eat too few calories because your body goes into starvation mode. Also, it would be a good idea to exercise because everything that I have seen has said that a combo of calories and activity is what helps people lose weight and stay healthy0

i have read that some people have actually started gaining weight by eating a few 100 more than the 1200 for a while. This should help speed up your metabolism and give you a little boost then go back to your 1200.0

EXERCISE! EXERCISE! EXERCISE! Eating healthy with smart food choices along with exercise is the ONLY way to get healthy. I'm sorry, but I work full time, run a household (which is also a full-time job) and I still find time to exercise. If you're serious about wanting to be healthy then no excuses! Get up and get moving. Start by walking everyday for 30 minutes.0

I do walk about 20 minutes a day, and exersize here and there (Insanity) but it wuold be a lie if i said i do it daily or even 3 times a week. theres a reason why i've actually lost some weight, but like i said previously.... i'm stuck!!! i have been logging in every thing i eat, my husband even said im a lilttle obsessed withthe app, but i find it helpful.
should i eat a little more> is is true my body could have reached the starvation mode?0
