Just wondering if anyone can share a recipe or two for some sort of healthy shake or smoothie?? If you happen to know that nutritional value that'd be great too! I'm willing to try anything.. just looking for options!

Thanks :)

If you like Avocados, I have a recipe out there with the nutritional info. It's creamy and delicious! I have one at least once a week! It's loaded with vitamins, potassium and those good-for-you fats.
