I'm craving fast food like their is no tomorrow.... i feel like i cant get it out of my mind until i have it.... nothing sounds as tasty as a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendys.... trying to stay strong

if you realy realy want it then have 1/2 but get rid of the other 1/2 so your not tempted anymore I found on days like that if I dont just have that lil bit then a few days later I am pigging out0

I agree, I'm the same way. If I don't get some of what I crave then I eat more of other foods to try to make up for it.0 -
that is exactly what happens when i dont get something im really craving... i overdue it later on... but i hate that i can't just lose the cravings... i feel guilty for it but thankyou for the tip maybe i can get the chicken only and use my sandwich thins instead of the bun0

In addition to some of the good ideas above...
Give your body the chance to respond to the changes you're making. Reward yourself for working hard, but don't blow all your efforts. Plan your cheat days! Here's a great article I read a few weeks ago.
